Coupon Sign ups

I love couponing and the best part is, there are so many different ways to get coupons.  I think the easiest way is through online sign ups or printable websites.  Not only do you save yourself gas to drive yourself to get the weekend paper but with a few clicks of your mouse in your comfort of your home you can get coupons delivered to your mailbox (snail mail and/or email) or printer all for free.

Just a few hints though - set yourself up with a new email account (e.g. gmail) so that you can send all sign up email to this account.  This way you are not clogging up your regular email with junk emails.  Believe me, the sign ups will send you emails on a daily basis and while its easy to unsubscribe - do you really have time to unsubscribe to a million different companies?

So here I have compiled some good online sites:
Sign up for up for $10.50 in coupons from Arm & Hammer® Clumping Cat

Dollar General - Savings Zone
Sign up for Savings Zone emails for coupons, specials/promotions, sweepstakes and more from Dollar General.

Become a member of Right at Home (Part of SC Johnson) and get great coupons, offers, time-saving tips and recipes

Sign up and receive a certificate for a free sample of Enfamil Baby Formula.

I love printable coupon sites like coupons.com and redplum.com below

Get paid $10 to do a diaper study

Get free diapers and get paid $10 through a company called Arquest.  They are currently looking for Moms of children wearing size 4 diapers. If you have a child in size 4 diapers, leave your name and number to be contacted:

GIRLS: 1-888-342-7372 ext. 646 Georgia

BOYS: 1-888-342-7372 ext. 634 Cheyla

You can also press 9 for “diaper study” when you call the above number. It is a recorded message.

You will need to leave your name, your phone number, your child’s gender and diaper size. They will call you back.

In September, they are hoping to work on size 5 diapers so keep calling.
They send you FREE diapers (typically 1 or 4 packs), along with a survey to fill out. About a week later, they call you on the phone and you give them your survey answers. It takes about 2 minutes to tell them the survey answers on the phone.

Right now they are looking for trials on disposable training pants for girls size 4 so call Georgia above if it fits your needs.

I suggest trying this out if you child can tolerate all kinds of diapers as from what I understand most of the diaper trials are generic brands.  I've never been able to get in on the studies when my kids were in diapers but heard great reviews from friends.

Thanks Hip2save for the heads up on size 4 and 5 studies

Houseparty.com - freebies for a party

I got into the Verizon Fios Viewing Party - Ultimate Battle Houseparty - yay

If you are not familiar with Houseparty.com, a House Party is thousands of parties happening across the country on a single day, hosted by people who sign up and get accepted after a brief survey. Each event is sponsored by a leading brand (e.g. Kraft Foods, Bic Soleil) and focuses on something cool–like a new product, hit TV show, or great cause–that the sponsor wants its best fans to experience firsthand and share with their friends.

You host. Everyone wins. House Party lets you share the stuff you like with the people you like, through a fantastic, free party experience. What's the catch? There is none: I've hosted a few and we've had so much fun with them all, plus of course I like all the freebies.

As host of the Verizon Fios Houseparty my party pack will include the following:

For Host

* Flip Camcorder
* Coupon for Motorola set top box "skin"

For the party:
* Inflatable Soccer Ball
* Plates, Cups, and Napkins
* Coasters
* Koozies
* Microwave popcorn
* Hacky Sacks
* Clappers
* Party Decorations

I'm pretty excited about the Flip Camcorder and party games.  My plans for the party include a gathering of friends to watch the World Cup Final on Sunday July 11th at 2.30 pm.  During half time I plan on having the kids who are dressed in soccer gear play a little friendly game and I'll film it on the Flip Camcorder.  I plan on making pulled pork sandwiches and sides (take full use of my free bbq sauce and salad from my garden).

Go sign up to host a party and make sure you invite me : )

Here's a list of some of the parties that are available right now

Rite Aid Wellness cards & freebies

For all those who shop at Rite Aid for the freebies (see this weeks deals below) you'll see they are starting to introduce the Wellness cards to get the UP rewards (Up reward is the old Rite Aid rebate).  I guess its like a store card where they keep track of what you buy.  But for me its a way to get my freebies.  So sign up in the picture above or here so you don't miss out on the Rite Aid deals.
Without this card you won't be getting the better deals.

I use Rite Aid's for my prescription refills and using my Wellness card speeds up the point accumulation.  I'm at Silver+ right now (started the program a few months ago) and waiting to get to Gold level.  With the Gold level you get 20% off regular Rite Aid shopping (right now at Silver I get 10% off).  This makes my deals a little sweeter although sometime they do screw up my totals if I'm working towards a deal so be careful.

Motrin PM (20 ct.), $3
Get $3 +UP Reward (Use the rite Aid reward card)
$3/1 Motrin PM, exp. 8-24-10 (Red Plum Insert 04/18/10)

Better than FREE after coupon and +UP Reward!

Swag bucks survey - more points

Swagbucks has just offered another great way to quickly rack up some points. You can now take surveys and earn anywhere from 5 – 100 points (if you qualify). Just stop on by Swagbucks and check out the side bar and click on Surveys. You’ll have to answer a few questions in order to create your profile. Once that is done, you will see a list of surveys that you can take. Then, if you qualify for the entire survey, you will earn the points listed! This can be a great way to stack up those points rather quickly!

Sign up here if you are new to Swag bucks - you'll get 30 swag bucks just for signing up and if you register your birthday you'll get 50 swag bucks on your birthday - you can redeem your swag bucks for cool prizes or gift cards.  I have my eye on Amazon online gift cards so that I can collect enough to get a new laptop.

Free workout at curves

I'm back on my health kick again - I'm at that age now where I eat the same as I did in my 20s and I start putting on weight (GRRRRRR) - ok those extra snacks at my desk doesn't help but thats not the point : )   So I've been using my pedometer to increase my activity and now it seems I have to step it up some more - well I have a Curves on my way to work so maybe between the pedometer and elliptical workouts at home I can squeeze in a free workout at Curves on Tuesdays before going to work.  If you are interested sign up here to make an appointment to try the free workouts on Tuesdays (3 visits)!  Since being interested in Curves I've seen Curves locations everywhere.  Isn't that funny how that goes.  Its like when you buy a car and you start noticing everyone is driving the same car you like

Love the word free ; )

Free salad

If you live near a Farm Fresh store sign up for their newsletter and get a free express fresh salad.  This coupon is redeemable at one of their stores.  I don't havea  Farm Fresh store near me but it did point out Acme as an affiliated store so I signed up anyway and we'll see if it works.  I don't really need fresh salad as I have salad growing out the wazoo in my garden but hey its free.

50 Swag bucks for your birthday

Swag bucks is offering 50 Swag bucks on your birthday - so enter your birthday details in your account.  Not got a Swag bucks account then sign up here.  I'm on my way to earning my third $5 Amazon.com online code through swag bucks.  It takes 450 swag bucks to redeem the Amazon.com online code (there are many other rewards e.g. target and starbucks gift cards).

All I've been doing is quick searches 3 times a day (using key words found on swag bucks) and doing the daily polls.  Periodically, there will be swag codes or hints that will pop up on their twitter or blog and I have been tweeting with hints too (my twitter account is Freebie Alerts).  How easy is that!

There's a new Summer Swag program too whereby there will be at least 5 swag codes to enter.  Plus every day for every 7th search win the highlighted high value swag bill on the site that day will be offered.  This will help boost your swag bucks tremendously!

Go sign up - its free plus you'll get 30 swag bucks just for signing up!  For new members sign up with code SUMMEROFSWAG to get an additional 20 swag bucks (code expires June 11th).  With the birthday swag bucks you'll get 100 Swag bucks just for signing up.

Free Business cards

I made these free business cards via Vista Print to advertise The Freebie Junkie.  Vista Print gives you 250 free business cards and all you pay is shipping and handling.  I plan on attaching these to my freebie donations and/or giveaways to let people know how to contact me and how they too can score these great freebies.  Also I can't tell you how many times I've had people come up to me at the grocery store and ask me where do you get your coupons from?  so now all I have to do is pull out a card and voila - enough said!

Shipping and handling was $5.67 for me -  I didn't think that was a bad deal, over 2 cents per card.
These are handy cards if you run your own business or blog or you want to hand them out to set up playdates.  Sign up here and order your cards now.

If you want to stack this deal with ebates to get 5% back, then sign up to Vista Print first.  Then sign into your ebates account (or for first time sign up to ebates sign up here) and search for Vistaprint, this opens up a tracking ticket and takes you to Vistaprint.  Search for free business cards, design away and order.  For first time sign up on ebates you'll not only get the 5% back you'll also get a $5 bonus upon sign up.  This will cover most of your shipping!

Free Money

If you are shopping online why not make some free money!  The idea is that you sign up with the following sites and link to your online store through their website and they will offer you a % back.  There are good incentives to subscribe intially such as $5 when you sign up and the % back varies depending on the online store.  This post can be found in Free Money Tab above for future reference.
