I got this in an email today - not sure why as I'm not a college student but thought this would make a perfect job for your college student.  Its a great opportunity to add this on their resume - these days anything that makes you stand out from Joe Blog is a must.  Plus a $100 weekend stipend and trips is not too shabby.

Opportunity to operate as a Skinny Water Brand Ambassador for a game changing brand
$100 weekly stipend
Access to VIP Spring Break in Panama City
Skinny Water for you to share with your friends -plus lots of cool branded stuff
Build a resume that's second to none
Gain real-world skills while being mentored by experienced marketers

Agent Skills/Profile:
Willing to break status quo with innovative and creative thinking
Ability to multi-task and manage time wisely
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong written and verbal communication
Desire to have a ton of fun learning & contributing to an unprecedented marketing campaign

Internship Requirements:
On good terms with school with regards to their academic requirements
Available for at least 10 hours per week
Access to internet -personal laptop or computer
Digital camera -show off your amazing photography skills with cool photos of events
Cell phone needed -we want to chat with you

I would have jumped at this chance when I was at college.  At college, I worked for my local student body selling advertising space for the college newspaper.  It was great experience and awesome for my resume.
