I got this in an email today - not sure why as I'm not a college student but thought this would make a perfect job for your college student.  Its a great opportunity to add this on their resume - these days anything that makes you stand out from Joe Blog is a must.  Plus a $100 weekend stipend and trips is not too shabby.

I would have jumped at this chance when I was at college.  At college, I worked for my local student body selling advertising space for the college newspaper.  It was great experience and awesome for my resume.
