Review: L'Oreal Paris Collagen Micro-Pulse

When I get asked for ID while buying wine I always think of the number 18.  I'm not sure why as I'm not 18 but I do look young for my age and I give credit to my Mum and her genes.  However, several nights of staying up late recently has taken its toll on my morning face (puffy eyes).  No I haven't been up partying all night long- that has been a thing of the past after having kids - I'm talking about staying up late blogging freebie deals or being up because your child has sneaked in the middle of the night and kicked you and you wake up to find yourself dangling precariously at the very edge of the bed.

Well I was perplexed to see a full size of L'Oreal Collagen Micro-Pulse Total Eye Correction System arrive in my mail box recently.  Maybe someone was secretly trying to tell me something.  Its ok I didn't need to hunt anyone down, it was my BzzAgent campaign : )

As a BzzAgent I get the opportunity to try products (yes for free) and then share my experience, samples and coupons with friends and family.  So I quickly put the product to the test.  The product works on the premise of 2 steps:

Step 1: an eye cream (with erasyl and collagen) to diminish dark circles and smooth wrinkles.
Step 2: Micro-pulse massage to reduce puffiness and under eye bags.

The instructions stated that immediately after use Crow's feet appear smoother.  Eye bags appear reduced.  In 4 weeks Crow's feet appear reduced.  Dark circles appear minimized.  Eye bags appear visbily diminished.

Typically, I place a cold slice of cucumber to my puffy eyes (my frugalista ways shines through) but I was pretty impressed by the product and who carries cold cucumber slices in their handbag anyway.  The combination of the cream with massager is an innovative design and did a good job of reducing my puffy eyes.

I'm sure with this $3/1 manufacturer coupon stacked with a store coupon and sale you could easily score the L'Oreal Collagen Micro-Pulse Total Eye Correction System to try it out for yourself.  I'll keep an eye out (pardon the pun) for a fabulous deal.
