To Chanel or not to Chanel?

So I love Chanel's Tweed jackets. 

They are just well designed and so well made and can be worn casually with jeans or dresses up your work wardrobe if you happen to work in the city - sometimes you have to invest in your clothes - you get what you pay for.  If you factor in the number of times you can wear it and how long it will last don't you think its worth it?

Well Rue La La has this jacket for $2,199.00 in the Madison Avenue Couture so $2,179.00 after the $20 credit.  I can never pay the asking amount.  I'll keep looking through thrift stores.  If Ms Coco Chanel's team would like me to do a review and giveaway please kindly send me a sample (yes I can dream).

Anyhoo - I haven't found a freebie on Rue La La so keep posted and let me know if you found something worth spending your $20 credit.
