I hate when stores do this. They get reimbursed the whole coupon value plus a fee for handling the coupon. Would they rather the product sit on the shelf or go out to savvy couponer. Whats the point of allowing coupons? Dollar General - keep up with the times.

The Dollar General that I went to the Manager said I could not use the $1.00 coupon for the Libby's because it would make it free..
