I was born and raised in Greater London, England and I'm a huge tea drinker.  One of the best memories I have at College is coming back from a night out and making a hot cup of tea and dunking my biscuit (cookie) in it.  You see the biscuit in London and Europe for that matter are very different from the cookies over the other side of the pond.  The biscuits are harder because the sugar is caramelized and thus making them ideal for dunking!  So I was excited to try the Biscoff Gourmet cookies which is dubbed "Europe's favorite cookies with coffee".  While I'm not a coffee drinker these cookies are perfect with my cup of tea.  I'm hiding my samples from my hubby as he is the coffee drinker in the house....
