Microsoft OneNote - Keep tabs on your life

I've been using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Office and Powerpoint for a very long time, these are tools that I use in my everyday job and also I use them at home too.  One new product that I've had the pleasure of reviewing is Microsoft OneNote 2010 which is available in Microsoft Office 2010. 

When I first opened up the Microsoft OneNote software I found it to be like a digital notebook with all the benefits and functions of Word, Office and Powerpoint giving me the opportunity to take notes or keep tabs on the important things in my life in one place. 

EASE OF USE

You can manage information overload and place all your information in one place effectively and with ease.   There are many templates to choose from or simply create your own.  I can copy and paste excerpts or links from the internet and paste them straight into the blank pages.  I can also copy and paste or download photos and place them anywhere I like and then rearrange the text, links and photos freely.  If you are familiar with Word, Excel or Powerpoint then this would be a breeze, if you are familiar with Paint then you are golden.

  EASE OF ACCESS

I can freely share my OneNote with friends and family via the web, network or email.  In addition, Microsoft OneNote Mobile is now available as an app for the iPhone.  I can use OneNote Mobile to create and view notes and lists and my notes are synced online^{so that I can access and edit them from virtually anywhere with my phone, PC, Mac, or web browser.}  

MANY USES

You can use Microsoft OneNote to organize and share vacation plan, post team rosters, player stats, and game schedules, manage home projects and family budgets, the list is endless....  I wish blog writing was just as easy....
