Capturing a little bit of summer

In the last two days I've canned 5 jars of stewed tomatoes, 1 jar of pickles and am freezing 4 bags of green beans.  There is nothing better than cooking with fresh vegetables from the garden in the dead of winter.  Canning and freezing vegetables are secon best to eating these straight from the garden!
