Are you nuts for nuts?
We love nuts in our household, at baseball games we bring sunflower seeds, at football games we bring peanuts in a shell and for parties I put out a bowl of assorted nuts. When Santé sent me a sample pack of their specialty nuts I was overjoyed as I'm always up for trying new foods.
As I write I'm snacking on some garlic almonds. I love almonds to begin with but the zip and zing with a hint of sweet makes these just to die for. Plus a little heat makes your lips want to taste more and oh my the crunch factor is amazing because most nuts contain natural oils that makes them a little greasy tasting.
What makes these nuts so crunchy and tasty?
Santé uses a spice recipe with all natural quality ingredients, top that with only the highest quality nuts and small roast batches. Lastly they use a secret technique that minimizes the amount of oil the nut absorbs during the roastiong process. Less oil means less fat, more crunch in each bite and more nuts for you : )
Santé offers four tantalizing flavors - Candied Walnuts, Candied Pecans, Roasted Salted Pecans, and Garlic Almonds (discussed above). My favorite has to be the candied pecans, they are melt in your mouth and someone stop me as I can't stop eating them.
