Review: Walgreens Prescription Savings Club

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walgreens for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

In this economy saving money on just about everything is a necessity and is achievable with a little know-how.  Food, drinks and clothes are an easy one as there are coupons in the Sunday paper that we can use in-store on top of a store sale.  Plus online store printable coupons and rebates often means even more savings on the same product.  Even ways to save on necessities such as medication is possible.  Often drug stores will entice you to bring your prescription in or transfer your prescription with a gift card offer.  Some drug stores will honor competitor Rx coupons too so look out for these at the drug store or in your local paper. Other ways to save on prescriptions involve joining prescription saving clubs.

Walgreens is offering a special discount on annual membership for their Walgreens Prescription Savings Club. For just $35 a year you can get a family membership (everyone in your immediate family including a spouse, dependents 22 and younger and even pets) and receive significant savings on more than 8,000 brand name and all generic medicine ($20 for individuals).  Other member benefits include ddiscounts on flu shots, pet prescriptions, nebulizers and diabetic supplies.  Plus bonuses when you purchase Walgreens brand products and photofinishing services.

The best part is the Prescription Savings Club membership is risk free. If you don't save more than the cost of your membership during the course of the year of your membership, then they'll refund the difference.

That kind of saving is worth looking into! Support your local Walgreens and follow:
