I found a Weight Watcher's Smart Ones Deal at Giants!

 

I've been on Weight Watchers program through work.  If we go to 10 out of the 13 weigh-ins we get our fee refunded.  You know me I can't resist a freebie.  But losing weight is a goal of mine so that's a bonus!  I live a sedentary life at work and with me not getting any younger (lol), gravity and old age is working against my body and of course all the work snacks doesn't help too...

 

So I'm down 4lbs so far (yay me).  I've hardly worked out which is bad but that has changed this week as I got back on my elliptical.  The thing that works is of course writing down what I eat and calculating the 29 points allocated to me daily! But the biggest factor is the Weight Watchers Smart Ones meals.  I eat these for breakfast and lunch during the work week.  It takes the guess work out and I actually like them considering its a microwave meal!  It allows me wiggle room for dinner and to be able to eat a home cooked meal that I make for the family!  Weekends I moderate but do allow some indulgences with my extra points.

 

So these meals aren't the cheapest lunch option but I found a deal!  You do need a Giants PA and some coupons but its REALLY good so read on!

Transaction 1

10 boxes of WW Smart Ones Frozen meals at $2.50 each = $25

(There are $2 meals too so mix and match to make $25 total)
