Lincoln Log - Horse Shoe Hill set Review

Summer is here already!  We're two weeks in and we've kept our children busy so far with day camp and a trip to the shore this weekend.  I like to keep them busy and engaged since anytime they get out of routine the whining, boredom and endless bickering begins.  Educational workbooks and toys that make my children use their imagination is top of my list this summer.

One of these imaginative toys is Lincoln Logs.  Lincoln logs has to be a childhood favorite for many kids.  Did you know Lincoln logs were introduced in 1916?  This toy continues to catch the eye of generations and generations of children. Now that I am an adult I'm loving that my children love the logs too.

My son kindly put together the Lincoln Log - Horseshoe Hill set that we received for review.  This building set includes real wood logs plus colorful figures and accessories (83 pieces in total)!  The Lincoln logs require powers of concentration an eye-hand coordination.  My son is now 8 and I was impressed that he required no help from me and was able to construct the set in no time.  My son enjoys constructing sets so his response to "how did you like it" was "It was fun putting together- maybe I could be a builder when I grow up".  I remember the original set that we brought a few years back took a little longer for him as he was much younger. I like that when playtime is over, the parts can be put back into the handy storage container for a quick and easy clean-up.  Of course my son loves to keep his building set on display for family and friends to see!  You are not limited to just building the horseshoe hill set solely. I intend to mix the pieces from our original set so my children can build more than one cabin at a time.

I am definitely enjoying your website. You definitely have some great insight and great stories. Eminem, also known as Marshall Mathers, is one of the most commercially successful rappers of all time, with more than 100 million albums sold worldwide. He is one of the richest rappers in the world, with an estimated net worth of $210 million. Read more in Eminem net worth.
