As a working Mom, my week nights consists of cooking ala Rachel Ray (i.e. 30 minutes or less).  Weekends I try to make special dishes but it can be all too time consuming when there are family schedules and parties to accomodate.  So the Perdue Oven Roaster works great for me as there is no need for me to have to deal with pulling out giblets and cleaning the chicken, I just remove the cooking bag with the chicken inside from the outer bag and place straight into the roasting pan breast side up.  Cut a small slit in the bag to vent and cook.  We loved the ease for sure plus no mess before hand.  The chicken was so tender because of the method of cooking and I loved how I had extra chicken leftover for dinner during the week (Quesadillas, chicken salad).
