I harvested around 8 pickling cucumber from our organic garden recently and so I just spent an hour making bread and butter pickles.  Check out how to make bread and butter pickles here

According to the recipe we can eat them in 24 hours.  They are so good I pickled a huge batch last summer and we were eating them through the winter.
