Calling all BLOGGERS: Join the $500 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway for #free + get paid too

Calling all bloggers!

I have an awesome free giveaway opportunity to tell you about today!  Are you interested in hosting a $500 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway sponsored by checkpoints apps on your blog.  In return, you will have a facebook "Like" entry on the rafflecopter form, comments going to your blog from the form and also be offered a tiered paid program for your unqiue download referrals.  I am looking to sign up 50+ bloggers who will:

 1) host a special giveaway graphic on their blog page and also provide directions to their readers (html text will be provided) on how to enter the giveaway (open to US bloggers only).

2) your readers (US readers only) need to first download the CheckPoints App for free (on their iPhone or Android mobile device) and use your unique blogger bonus code at sign up.  After download your readers will also get a free $1 gift card to spend plus be able to access the rafflecopter form to enter the $500 Amazon Gift Card giveaway.

3) Each blogger will have their facebook URL added to the rafflecopter form plus there will be a leave a comment on your blog option to increase your site stats

3) The tiered paid program works as follows:

1-10 downloads using your unique bonus code = $0.50 each

11-25 downloads using your unique bonus code = $0.75 each

26-100 downloads using your unique bonus code = $1.00 each

101 + downloads using your unique bonus code = $1.10 each

The amount of money each blogger makes for referrals is up to you, but obviously the harder you promote among your readers and network the more money you'll bring in : )  the giveaway is 1 month long so plenty of time to earn some summer fun money

4) Checkpoints will be responsible for contacting the winner and responsible for mailing that winner their prize, as well as awarding the referral cash to each participating blogger.

The giveaway is scheduled to run from Monday June 4th till Monday July 4th
